This policy describes how BOUTIQ PRIVATE HOSPITALITY GROUP, a company limited by shares with share capital of CHF 100,000, registered with the Geneva commercial register under CHE-431.702.011, whose registered office is at Général Dufour 22, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland (“BPHG”, “we”), processes personal data.

It applies to www.bphg.ch and to contact, stay-request and newsletter forms. For any question, use the contact email shown on the site.

Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to answer your requests and operate the site:

  • identity and contact details (name, email, phone) when you contact us or request a stay;
  • project details (dates, number of guests, destination, message);
  • technical browsing data (IP address, access logs) required for security and audience measurement;
  • your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to handle your requests, prepare a stay proposal, contact you, send the newsletter if you consented, and keep the site secure. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interest in responding and securing the service, or your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies).

Recipients and retention

Data is accessible to the relevant BPHG teams and, where needed, to technical providers (hosting, email) in the European Union or Switzerland, bound by confidentiality. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived as required by law, or until you withdraw consent for the newsletter.

Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or the authority in your country of residence.
