Set high above Toiny Beach, Villa Over the Ocean is a contemporary four-bedroom retreat with extraordinary views across one of St. Barth’s most dramatic stretches of coastline. Surrounded by tropical gardens and facing the open sea, the villa combines generous living spaces with a wonderful sense of privacy and calm.

Rather than being arranged as a single residence, the property unfolds across four separate buildings gathered around the swimming pool and gardens. This distinctive layout creates an intimate atmosphere while allowing guests to enjoy their own space throughout the stay.

The main pavilion is dedicated to shared moments. A spacious living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, opens through large glass doors towards the ocean. Behind it, a fully equipped kitchen incorporates a dining area, complemented by an indoor dining space for eight guests. High white vaulted ceilings and dark wood finishes give the interiors a refined character that feels both contemporary and distinctly tropical.

Across the pool, a separate television lounge provides another place to retreat, with a large sofa and an elegant, comfortable setting for relaxed evenings and movie nights.

Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Over the Ocean. The heated infinity pool stretches towards the horizon, creating a striking connection between the property and the sea beyond. Sun loungers and umbrellas are positioned around the terrace, framed by palm trees and the surrounding tropical vegetation.

Alongside the pool, a covered terrace provides a more sheltered setting throughout the day. An outdoor lounge and dining table accommodating up to ten guests make this a natural gathering place, whether for leisurely lunches, evening dinners or simply enjoying the Caribbean breeze.

The villa’s four bedrooms have been designed with the same calm, understated approach. All feature queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and ocean views. One bedroom occupies the upper floor and benefits from its own private balcony. The remaining three are distributed across the main level in separate buildings, opening either towards the pool terrace or the garden.

Soft sandy tones, dressing areas and televisions complete the bedrooms, while their position across the property gives guests an additional sense of independence and privacy. Landscaped lawns and tropical planting connect the different pavilions, softening the villa’s dark wood architecture and allowing the ocean to remain present throughout the property.
