Renovated in 2022, the villa preserves the soul of its rustic origins while embracing a bold and luminous interior design, inspired by classic 1950s Italian aesthetics. The stone exterior staircases, once purely functional, now echo the heritage of the land while leading to bright, stylish interiors.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six double bedrooms — three in the main house and three in a fully detached annexe — with a total of nearly 586 sqm of living space. Set at 450 metres above sea level, Tisciano is surrounded by aromatic gardens, ancient olive groves and peaceful wilderness, inviting guests to fully disconnect. The outdoor spaces are a true highlight: an 18 x 4.5-metre heated swimming pool, a pergola-covered dining area, a loggia with a poolside minibar, a walled vegetable garden, a traditional bread oven and a portico with fireplace.

Inside, the home’s design is both timeless and sophisticated. A floating stone staircase anchors the entrance, handcrafted plaster fireplaces warm the living rooms, and the kitchen is fitted with professional appliances, including a signature Italian Gullo stove. Every bedroom has air conditioning and its own en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails. A private gym completes the picture for guests who want to stay active.
