Chalet Bellezza

Completed in 2026, Chalet Bellezza is a new addition to Rochebrune, thoughtfully designed to offer all the comfort of a contemporary chalet in the heart of Megève. With 305 sqm of living space, four en-suite bedrooms and entirely new interiors, the property accommodates up to 10 guests in a privileged setting, with beautiful views across the valley and surrounding peaks.

The chalet offers the rare pleasure of staying in a brand-new property, where every space, feature and amenity has only recently been finished. Arranged over three levels connected by a private lift, Bellezza combines generous volumes, contemporary lines and a warm Alpine atmosphere.

The first floor is home to nearly 110 sqm of living and entertaining space, with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge centred around the fireplace, complemented by a separate TV area. Large windows bring an abundance of natural light into the interiors while opening the living spaces onto the surrounding mountain scenery.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The ground floor features two double bedrooms and a children’s dormitory accommodating up to four children, while the entire top floor is dedicated to an approximately 45 sqm master suite, offering greater privacy and a particularly spacious en-suite bathroom. Outside, a private annex extends the experience with a dedicated wellness area featuring a sauna, massage room, shower and WC, while a Nordic bath is set on one of the terraces. Four electric bikes are also available for guests to use throughout the year.

Set on the heights of Rochebrune, the chalet allows confident skiers to ski back to the property via one of the local slopes. The nearest slopes are approximately 3 minutes away by car, while the centre of Megève can be reached in around 5 minutes by car.
